They have proven time after time that they will do whatever it takes to solve our problem. It has never taken them more than 1 hour to respond when we call. Whether it is 3 a.m. in the morning or 2 p.m. in the afternoon on New Year’s Day, they will be here and correct the problem. That is very important to us, as a major cable television network, we cannot afford any unscheduled down time. The service department, sales department and service mechanics are top notch and always there to help.
