A special thanks and outstanding service recognition went to two AMS employees who reported a missing lock box containing keys to a Littleton Bank location of Wells Fargo. “They exemplifiy the kind of vendor we want to partner with, one that truly cares about their customers. American Mechanical Services and Holden MSS began its relationship during a bid process for corrective work in our Denver location. They spent long hours researching our issues and came to the table with honest, well-supported solutions. Through this process a trust began to form between AMS and Holden, leading to AMS taking over the maintenance contact for our 15 roof top units and 3 Liebert units. Not only is their response time in an emergency situation great but their technicians are extremely knowledgeable on all our systems. AMS has been providing HVAC services to me for more than 15 years. Originally with another company and for the past 7 years here at Solex Contracting. Their service and quality has always been top notch. Whether doing a complex job, like a custom installation for a retail store on Rodeo drive, or the installation for cooling equipment on a cell tower, I have always been able to count on them to get the job done. We have used American Mechanical Services as our exclusive HVAC contractor for over 6 years. They have proven time after time that they will do whatever it takes to solve our problem. It has never taken them more than 1 hour to respond when we call. Whether it is 3 a.m. in the morning or 2 p.m. in the afternoon on New Year’s Day, they will be here and correct the problem. That is very important to us, as a major cable television network, we cannot afford any unscheduled down time. The service department, sales department and service mechanics are top notch and always there to help.
